I have used captains of crush and other grippers. This one fits in nicely as an alternative or as an adjunct. It counts the reps, easily adjustable , with a significant amount of tension. I like it. Arrived promptly very well packaged along with other items. Works well & no doubt will restore my grip strength. Has a resettable counter so you can count how many reps done. Lightest setting is still good to use, not sure i will be able to do the highest setting but time will tell. It’s of very good quality being very robust so don’t see ant breaking down problems.
