Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@epicfindsofficial.com with your order number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For international orders, return shipping must be arranged by the customer using a carrier of their choice.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international returns.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to our designated returns facility once approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds without a return unless explicitly agreed upon.

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund as an alternative resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve this at no cost to you.
